I met many fortune companies and enjoyed assisting them while wearing many hats. The company had many employees located in six states and stating on top of issues was necessary for verifying time lines.

Management was difficult as I reported to 5 bosses Sometimes the bosses did not agree on methods or processes which can be stressful. This was due to my role of controller and did not affect most employees that worked there. Keeping up with the changes in the company and learning about new clientele which was stressful but challenging Reconciliation of the books was fun and there were many transactions for my entire tenure.

I had a great team of co workers and clients that I worked with through out my tenure at Gilmore. It is very sad that they are going out of business. A typical day at work is recruiting people to do paid foucs groups and just constantly calling people. What I learned at my job is to be patient with people I talk to and not let the people we are talking to get you mad when they hang up on you.
