If they had zero stars that's what I would give them. This BIH Lauren Washington who comes to work at 3pm to scrunitize your mobile deposits and put hold on your money for weeks like she's GOD looking for problems that don't exist except in her head will put your life your bills etc on hold. She needs to be scrunitized. We shouldn't have any money let that air head BIH tell it. It is really a pain that you cannot contact a local branch. I attempted to make an appointment online yesterday to visit my branch and the appointment never booked.
I have been on hold this morning for over 20 minutes attempting to make an appointment for today. Why can I not call my branch directly. This is horrible customer service! The people at the branch are very nice but due to having to waste 15 minutes of my time to ask a simple question that only a person at that branch can answer for me, it is not a bank I plan to continue to do business with! Although I have always received great customer service inside the branch, I really wish there was a way to directly contact your branch.
I have been on hold for over 20 minutes with a toll free number. This is not really customer friendly and causes great aggravation. I was on hold for over 15 Mins. Just to ask one simple question. I was driving so I could do that. Had I been in another situation, I probably would have thrown the phone! But the people who work there are always nice. I have been with this bank for 35 years. I have been through all of the mergers, takeovers and changes in name.
It has gone from a local, careful, personable bank to a horror show. I finally, when I went into the main office got a local phone number, their response about not having a number was a "HA HA", "Yes we have had a problem with that". Then I made application for a credit card for my child who was traveling abroad.
They will not find out how the number got changed, but I can assure you it was not a typo, it was an entire new number with a Colorado starting sequence, when I was born in Arkansas.
In the meantime "Oh Ha Ha". It is a terrible, irresponsible bank. I dare you to find the name of a person who works there or a number to call that answers. They simply do not use phone numbers in that place. I think that what they have done to us is actionable and I will pursue my options, if only to make them be more responsible. Same as the dozens of folks previous, no local number for the branch and horrible wait times and endless menu's. Been a customer for 30 years and things sure have changed, guess I need to also.
Want to know if the dyersburg branch is open today. Since weather is bad. And also want to know if there will be a delay on my disability check being deposited in February. It always goes in on the 3rd. I had changed banks to you all and someone told me my check might be delayed on deposit on the 3rd.

Thank you. I just opened an checking account a week ago. The experience was respectful,informative, and overall pleasent. This was the bank that we opened our account. Diane missed spelled was supper. Harry and I miss seeing her. This branch is permanently closed and they did so without notice.
There are no longer any Regions Branches in Leesburg. I will be bank shopping now. First of all I am trying to call this bank because after contacting them three times and submitting all required information they still have not updated my account. I started attempting to call this branch at this afternoon. It is now and they have yet to answer the phone. It will ring until it hangs up on me.
I have called them myself a total of 12 times and their call center has tried to contact them a total of 4 only to tell me to keep trying. I do not understand how they could possibly be so busy that not one person is capable of answering a call. This bank has been an ongoing nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I've known a couple of your employees for quite some time. I've enjoyed your service until this past week. I tried to call the Callaway, Florida Branch with the number stored in my cell phone, It was no longer in service, changed to a damn number.
I called that number trying to get the Callaway Branch number and spent several minutes punching options and listening to a lot of wasted words before finally connected to a live lady. I asked for the Callaway number and was told to go on line enter account, pin , ect.
Not going to happen, This 84 year old man is NOT going to get into that mess. Wading through several minutes of "male bovine feces" to try to simply get the Callaway number pissed me terribly.
We old folks want fast personal customer service, not a bunch of online and computer time that most of us are not efficient with and would not know how to correct an error with it. This says call this number for the bank on Washington Pike. All I get is a list of items.
I need to talk to a person about charges on my account. I have spent 45 minutes going to different computer locales and cannot talk to a live person. Wy was the bank closed Friday at 3. I was told that tellers needed to take breaks it is the law and there wasn't anyone to man the drive thru. Could not breaks be staggered so the drive thru window would not have to be closed This is the worst bank. Everytime I needed the bank to help me out I always got rejected besides from one person Jason he is awesome. They charge me to cash my own paycheck when I personally bank with them, when I found that out I was beyond pissed and it took them 30 minutes to cash my check which by the way was on my 30 minute lunch break doing this in drive thru. This bank to me is starting to be like BOA as soon as I can I'm closing my account and going elsewhere. This bank is not for small businesses. Hours are horrible, customer service is terrible - cause no one is there when you need them, and ATM machines smart ATM are always down.
