Suzannah Iadarola is a psychologist and Assistant Professor in the division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Her research includes community-partnered as well as school-based studies for families and educators of children with ASD.

In the community, Dr. Iadarola and her colleagues work to promote inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. Ivana-Re spent last summer researching how worsening climate change could potentially have an impact on the health of vulnerable populations in the City of Rochester and identifying where they are located.

In her spare time, she enjoys musical theatre, singing, and activism. Ivana-Re hopes to one day become a cardiothoracic surgeon. She is the first international student to become Student Body President at the University of Rochester and has worked incredibly hard to improve the experience of international students on campus by working with various university departments.

She also has been Class Council President for the past three years, is a writing fellow, and works with admissions interviewing international students that apply to the university. Beatriz is also a part of the Order of Omega and the sorority Alpha Phi, where she has continued to help international students improve their experiences. Beatriz thinks that her experience at the university has allowed her to fearlessly express her own opinions, which she will continue to do so after graduation.
